The main business of the Conference will be conducted in the plenary meetings. Meetings of the Committee of the Whole will be additionally conducted if required.
A Provisional Agenda is provided in advance of each session. A daily Conference Journal will be posted throughout the Conference venue, and available on Catalyst.
Morning sessions start at 10:00, and afternoon sessions start at 15:00, unless otherwise decided by the Conference.

Seating arrangements will be posted on iMeet and displayed on the screens and boards in the Conference venue.
Delegations of Signatory States, Non-Signatory States, representatives of international organisations and Non-Governmental organisations will also be provided designated seats.
Additional information on the seating arrangements in the plenary hall will be circulated to delegations prior to the Conference.
Bilateral and Regional Group Meetings
Separate rooms, without interpretation facilities, will be available for bilateral meetings and meetings of the various regional groups.
Regional coordinators are requested to inform Conference Services of the times and locations of their regional group meetings. These will be listed in the Conference Journal.
Language Interpretation
Simultaneous interpretation into the six official languages of the OPCW (Arabic, Chinese, English, French, Russian, and Spanish) will be provided at plenary meetings.
Statements may be delivered in any language. When a statement is delivered in a language that is not an official language of the OPCW, a request for interpretation into one of these languages must be submitted to the Language Services Branch, at least six weeks before the event to facilitate technical and logistical arrangements.
The interpretation of the proceedings serves to facilitate communication and does not constitute an authentic verbatim record of the proceedings. Only the original speech is authentic. No liability shall be incurred by the interpreters in the exercise of their functions.
Statements
To organise the work of the CSP-30 in an efficient manner, delegations are requested to submit all collective and national statements in written form in advance of the Session via iMeet. Delegations will have the opportunity to present their statements and exercise their rights of reply during the Session within the time limits proposed by the Chairperson and decided by the Conference.
Delegations are invited to submit their statements for the General Debate and other agenda items in PDF using the iMeet Statement Submission Form which will open on Monday 17 November 2025 at 10:00 CET. Delegations are kindly requested to select an appropriate category of statement on iMeet (VIP statement, regional group statement, national statement, joint statement, or agenda item statement) when submitting the written version. Delegations providing statements in a language other than English are kindly advised to provide a courtesy translation into English. Statement submissions received via email will not be accepted. Please note that your statement submission to iMeet is final and that you will not be able to edit it or send multiple versions upon receiving an approval notification from iMeet. Revisions will be published only after the session.
Statements submitted for publication on Catalyst/PMO and/or the OPCW public website before 17:00 CET on Thursday 20 November 2025 will be posted on these platforms in advance of the opening of the Session. The statements provided after the afore-mentioned date will be made available on these platforms after the Session.
