Under the framework of Article XI, a process was initiated to provide a platform for a cross-sector partnership of experts to develop a non-binding guidance document that will identify high risk chemicals, as well as provide tools for chemical safety and security management.
Aim
The goal of this initiative is to develop a collection of lessons learned and best practices regarding the chemical safety and security in promoting peaceful uses of chemistry and to enhance delivery of international cooperation programme towards the needs of the States Parties.
