Administration Division (ADM)

The Administration Division (ADM) manages the Technical Secretariat’s (TS) human resources and finances, provides administrative and logistical support to the day-to-day work of the Secretariat, and administers staff training and development programmes.

All staff rules, Administrative Directives, Information Circulars, manuals of self-governance, employee-oriented policies and programmes are administered by ADM.

ADM represents the TS during sessions of the Advisory Body on Administrative and Financial Matters (ABAF), as well as serving as the point of contact for the OPCW's External Auditor. 

ADM also maintains the Secretariat’s information systems and oversees activities and programmes at every organisational level.

ADM consists of five (5) branches:

Qualifications 

Interns interested in this role should be a current student or have a Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resources, Finance, Logistics, Engineering, Computer Science / Information Technology.  Good working knowledge of MS office and proficiency in English is required. 

Duration/working hours

The duration of the internship may be set based on your availability, from a minimum of 3 months to a maximum of 6 months. The actual hours to be worked will be agreed between you and your supervisor, and shall not exceed 40 hours per week.
