The Second Special Session of the Conference of the States Parties to review the operation of the Chemical Weapons Convention (Second Review Conference) will be held at the World Forum Convention Centre (WFCC), Churchillplein 10, The Hague, the Netherlands, from 7 to 18 April 2008.
