In 2002, OPCW Director General Rogelio Pfirter and members of OPCW Delegation visited Japanese Abandoned Chemical weapons Trust warehouse in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province, China. I was a Chinese escort team member to accompany him during this visit.

In January 2009, Chinese staff members held a wonderfull Chinese party at the OPCW to celebrate the Year of the OX. This party was also supported by the Chinese embassy and OPCW staff council.
- This was the last OPCW Inspection Team in Anniston CWDF, USA when the CWDF was end of operations. ITL: ZHANG, Team members: Mr. Kireev, Mr. Postma, Mr. Kozma, Mr. Aguilar.
This was the last inspection team at Anniston CWDF in the USA. I was the Inspection Team Leader (ITL) and worked with excellent team members. There were three former ITLs who worked with me and gave me very good support.
