Position: Permanent Representative from the United States

I began work as a member of the US Delegation in Nov. 2002 and was confirmed as US Permanent Representative to the OPCW in April 2003. I had the privilege of working at the OPCW until 2009 when I retired. Those were some of my most enjoyable and rewarding years as we worked to make the world safe from CW.
