OPCW 15th Anniversary and The Hague Week on Disarmament and Non-Proliferation

A number of events were staged during the past few weeks to commemorate the OPCW’s 15th anniversary, beginning with a high level meeting on 3 September at the Technical Secretariat in The Hague, followed by a series of events comprising “The Hague Week on Disarmament and Non-Proliferation”, and concluding with a second high level meeting at the UN Headquarters in NY on 1 October.

These events presented the Organisation to a diversity of audiences and reinforced the commitment of nations around the world to the OPCW and the Chemical Weapons Convention.
