H.E. Mr Siamand Banaa (Iraq)
H.E. Mr Siamand Banaa, the Permanent Representative of the Republic of Iraq to the OPCW, presented his credentials to the Director-General on 20 April 2009. Ambassador Banaa is concurrently accredited as his country's Ambassador to the Kingdom of the Netherlands.
