The United Nations Secretary-General, H.E. Ban Ki-moon, will attend the opening session of the 3rd Review Conference on the Chemical Weapons Convention on 8 April 2013 in The Hague, the Netherlands. In conjunction with his visit the Secretary-
General will have a joint press conference with the Director-General of the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW), Ambassador Ahmet Üzümcü:

Where: OPCW Headquarters, Johan de Wittlaan 32, The Hague
All necessary provisions will be made for television, including proximate access to the press conference room for SNGs. The OPCW will also provide a live webcast of the press conference on its website, www.opcw.org
Interested news media are kindly requested to register for the event using this form; please indicate what equipment you will bring so that we may plan accordingly. Only pre-registered individuals will be allowed entry.
All participants must bring IDs and media credentials and arrive at the OPCW no later than 30 minutes before the press conference to allow time for a security check.
