The Special Session of the Conference of the States Parties of the OPCW will convene at the Netherlands Congress Centre in The Hague beginning 21 April 2002.
Due to the space limitations of the conference venue, it will not be possible to accommodate external observers in the conference room. A press area in the OPCW Headquarters, adjacent to the Netherlands Congress Centre, will be provided.
