AMENDMENT OF THE COMMISSION'S
HEADQUARTERS AGREEMENT

Following the Commission's decision (subparagraph 7.4 of PC-XII/17) to propose to the Host Country the amendment of subparagraph 2(d) of Article 9 of the Commission's Headquarters Agreement (PC-VI/6), and in accordance with Article 19 of the Headquarters Agreement, an Exchange of Letters between the Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of the Netherlands and the Executive Secretary took place. The amendment became effective on 12 February 1996. Copies of the Letters exchanged are contained in the Annex to this Note.
