NOTE BY THE EXECUTIVE SECRETARY

ADMINISTRATIVE RULES OF THE PROVIDENT FUND

In my capacity as Chairman of the Provident Fund of the Preparatory Commission for the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons and in accordance with the decision of the Commission contained in subparagraph 6.3 of PC-VIII/18, I hereby submit the Administrative Rules of the Provident Fund for the Commission's consideration and approval.

The Administrative Rules of the Provident Fund are contained in document PC-X/5, dated 7 March 1995 and replace those contained in document PC-VIII/6, dated 19 September 1994.
