The Conference of the States Parties,
Upon
the recommendation of the Executive Council at its Thirtieth Session
(EC-30/DEC.2, dated 11 September 2002),
Hereby:
Approves the request to use the chemical weapons production facility (chloroether production) at Open Joint Stock Company “Khimprom” in Novocheboksarsk, Russian Federation, for purposes not prohibited under the Convention.
