NOTE BY THE DIRECTOR-GENERAL

PROVISIONAL AGENDA OF THE SEVENTH SESSION OF

THE CONFERENCE OF THE STATES PARTIES

1.         In accordance with Rule 12 of the Rules of Procedure of the Conference of the
States Parties (hereinafter the “Conference”), the Director-General hereby submits the provisional agenda of the Seventh Session of the Conference as drawn up by the Executive Council at its Twenty-Ninth Session.

2.         Should the Director-General receive, by 7 September 2002, any request under Rule 14 of the Rules of Procedure of the Conference for the inclusion of a supplementary item in the agenda of the Seventh Session of the Conference, any such item will be incorporated in a supplementary list, which will be distributed to members of the Organisation not later than 17 September 2002.
