DECISION

AUTHORISATION TO USE ACCRUED INTEREST

IN SPECIAL ACCOUNTS

TO OFFSET THE 2001 CASH DEFICIT

The Conference of the States Parties,

Bearing in mind the requirements of OPCW Financial Regulation 9.3 and Draft Financial Rule 9.3.01;

Hereby:

Authorises, as an exceptional, one-time measure, the transfer of the accrued interest in special accounts 1 and 2 to the regular budget fund in the year 2001.
