DECISION

ATTENDANCE OF NON-SIGNATORY STATES

AT THE SIXTH SESSION OF

THE CONFERENCE OF THE STATES PARTIES

The Conference of the States Parties,

Bearing in mind Rule 30 of the Rules of Procedure of the Conference of the States Parties,

Hereby:

Decides to extend to the following States not signatories to the Convention observer status to attend the Sixth Session of the Conference of the States Parties: Andorra and The Libyan Arab Jamahiriya.
