NOTE BY THE DIRECTOR-GENERAL

PROVISIONAL AGENDA OF THE SIXTH SESSION

OF THE CONFERENCE OF THE STATES PARTIES

  1. In accordance with Rule 12 of the Rules of Procedure of the Conference of the States Parties the Director-General hereby submits the provisional agenda of the Sixth Session of the Conference of the States Parties as drawn up by the Executive Council at its Twenty-Third Session.

  2. Should the Director-General receive, by 13 April 2001, any request under Rule 14 of the Rules of Procedure of the Conference of the States Parties for the inclusion of a supplementary item in the agenda of the Sixth Session of the Conference of the States Parties, any such item will be incorporated in a supplementary list which will be circulated to members of the Organisation not later than 23 April 2001.
