AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE GOVERNMENT OF THE UNITED KINGDOM

OF GREAT BRITAIN AND NORTHERN IRELAND AND

THE ORGANISATION FOR THE PROHIBITION OF CHEMICAL WEAPONS

ON THE PRIVILEGES AND IMMUNITIES OF THE OPCW

The Conference

Recalling the recommendation of the Executive Council set out in EC-XIX/DEC.1, dated 5 April 2000;

Hereby:

Approves the Agreement between the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons and the Government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland on the Privileges and Immunities of the OPCW, as annexed to EC-XIX/DEC.1, dated 5 April 2000.
