DECISION

 

Request BY THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

TO USE THE chemical weapons production facility,

(DF PRODUCTION), OJSC "KHIMPROM", VOLGOGRAD,

for purposes not prohibited under the Convention

 

 

The Conference

 

Upon the recommendation of the Executive Council at its Nineteenth Session
(EC-XIX/DEC.8, dated 7 April 2000),

 

 

Hereby:

 

Approves the request to use the chemical weapons production facility (DF production), Open Joint Stock Company "Khimprom", Volgograd, Russian Federation, for purposes not prohibited under the Convention.
