The Conference

Upon the recommendation of the Executive Council at its Nineteenth Session (EC-XIX/DEC.10, dated 7 April 2000),

Hereby:

Approves the request to use the chemical weapons production facility, ICI Valley, Rhydymwyn, North Wales, United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, for purposes not prohibited under the Convention.
