DECISION
Request FROM THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION
for conversion of A chemical weapons production facility
for purposes not prohibited under the Convention
The Conference
In accordance with
the recommendation of the Executive Council at its Sixth Meeting
(EC-MVI/DEC.1, dated 23 June 1999),
Hereby:
Approves the use of the chemical weapons production facility, at Open Joint Stock Company "Khimprom", Volgograd, Russian Federation, for purposes not prohibited under the Convention.
