DECISION
Request FROM THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION
for conversion of A chemical weapons production facility
for purposes not prohibited under the Convention
The Conference
In accordance with
the recommendation of the Executive Council at its Fourth Meeting
(EC-MIV/DEC.3, dated 26 March 1999),
Approves the use of the chemical weapons production facility, at Open Joint Stock Company "Khimprom", Novocheboksarsk, Russian Federation, for purposes not prohibited under the Convention.
