DECISION

AGREEMENTS WITH STATES PARTIES ON THE PRIVILEGES AND IMMUNITIES OF THE OPCW (DENMARK AND GHANA)

The Conference

Recalling the recommendation of the Executive Council set out in EC-XI/DEC.6, dated
4 September 1998,

Hereby:

Approves the agreements between the OPCW and Denmark and Ghana respectively on the privileges and immunities of the OPCW, as annexed to EC-X/DEC/CRP.2, dated 9 June 1998.
