DECISION

ATTENDANCE OF NON-SIGNATORY STATES

AT THE THIRD SESSION OF

THE CONFERENCE OF THE STATES PARTIES

The Conference

Bearing in mind Rule 30 of the Rules of Procedure of the Conference of the States Parties,

Hereby:

Decides to extend to the non-signatory States to the Convention listed in the annex hereto observer status to attend the Third Session of the Conference of the States Parties.
