DECISION

ATTENDANCE OF INTERNATIONAL ORGANISATIONS

AT THE THIRD SESSION OF

THE CONFERENCE OF THE STATES PARTIES

The Conference

Bearing in mind Rules 31 - 32 of the Rules of Procedure of the Conference of the States Parties,

Hereby:

1.Approves the participation at the Third Session of the Conference of the States Parties of the international organisations (IOs) listed in annex 1 hereto, at the Third Session of the Conference of the States Parties.

;

2. Decides to accord to the IO’s listed in annex 1 hereto, the following status:

(a) IO’s will be responsible for all expenses relating to their attendance at the Third Session of the Conference;

(b) representatives of IO’s may be invited, subject to the decision of the Conference, to attend public meetings of the Plenary Sessions of the Conference;

(d) the names of the IO’s will not appear on desks/tables in the conference rooms;

(e) IO’s will have the right to address public meetings at the Plenary Sessions; and

(f) IO’s may place literature for distribution only at designated places outside the conference rooms in the NCC.
