APPOINTMENT OF THE LIQUIDATOR OF THE PREPARATORY COMMISSION FOR THE OPCW
Pursuant to decision C-I/DEC/4, dated 14 May 1997, of the Conference of the States Parties at its First Session, the Director-General has the honour to advise that Mr Andreas Th. A. Koet, from the Netherlands, has, on 3 December 1997, been appointed as the Liquidator of the Preparatory Commission for the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons.
