DECISION
REPORTING OF RICIN PRODUCTION
The Conference
Taking into account the work of the Preparatory Commission on the issue of ricin production;
Noting in particular the technical difficulties related to the determination of when ricin production should be declared;
Hereby:
Decides that the Director-General shall task the Scientific Advisory Board to address scientific and technical aspects of this issue and to report its findings to the Conference within six months.
