REQUEST FROM THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA
FOR CONVERSION OF CHEMICAL WEAPONS PRODUCTION FACILITY
FOR PURPOSES NOT PROHIBITED UNDER THE CONVENTION
The Conference
In accordance with the recommendation of the Executive Council at its
Fifth Session
(EC-V/DEC.1, dated 1 October 1997),
Approves the use of the chemical weapons production facility, owned by the Marquardt Company, Van Nuys, California, United States of America, for purposes not prohibited under the Convention.
