DECISION

ATTENDANCE BY NON-SIGNATORY STATES

AT THE SECOND SESSION OF THE CONFERENCE OF THE STATES PARTIES

The Conference

Bearing in mind Rule 30 of the Rules of Procedure of the Conference of the States Parties,

Hereby:

1. Decides to extend to the non-signatory States to the Convention listed in the annex hereto the observer status to attend the Second Session of the Conference of the States Parties under the terms of Rule 30 of the Rules of Procedure of the Conference.
