THE CLOSURE DATE OF THE FIRST SESSION OF THE CONFERENCE OF THE STATES PARTIES
In accordance with subparagraph (b) of Rule 43 of the Rules of Procedure of the Conference, the General Committee proposed to the Conference that Friday 23 May 1997 be the closing date of the First Session of the Conference. The Conference adopted this recommendation.
