The Conference

Recalling that the Commission, in PC-VI/22, paragraph 5.5, adopted the general functional requirements for compliance with the requirements of the Convention, including the Verification and Confidentiality Annexes, as contained in PC-VI/A/WP.10, Annex 1, for inclusion in the IMS system design, as contained in PC-IV/A/WP.3, Annex 1, paragraph 1 to 3.3 as approved by the Commission in PC-IV/23, paragraph 5.5.1, and approved the principles for the OPCW's computer security policy, as contained in PC-VI/A/WP.10, Annex II,

Bearing in mind that the Commission recommended in paragraph 48.2 of its Final Report that the Conference adopt the above-mentioned general functional requirements and principles taking into account the developments outlined in paragraph 13 of its Final Report,

Hereby:

Adopts the above-mentioned general functional requirements and principles taking into account the developments outlined in the Commission's Final Report.
