DECLARATIONS FOR CHEMICAL WEAPONS STORAGE LOCATIONS

AND NATIONAL AGGREGATE DECLARATIONS

The Conference

Recalling that the Commission, in its PC-V/12, subparagraph 6.6(b), adopted the recommendation that declarations for each chemical weapons storage location and national aggregate declarations should each be submitted as complete documents containing appropriate chemical declaration forms as attachments,

Bearing in mind that the Commission recommended in paragraph 49.1.9 of its Final Report that the Conference adopt the above mentioned recommendation ,

Hereby:

1. Adopts the recommendation regarding the submission of declarations for each chemical weapons storage location and national aggregate declarations.
