CHEMICAL MUNITIONS DESTRUCTION PROCEDURES
The Conference
Recalling that the Commission, in its PC-IV/23, paragraph 6.3.3, confirmed the understanding that simulant filled munitions intended for testing chemical weapons destruction procedures should be incorporated into national declarations,
Bearing in mind that the Commission recommended in paragraph 49.1.9 of its Final Report that the Conference adopt the above mentioned understanding,
Hereby:
1. Adopts the understanding that simulant filled munitions intended for testing chemical weapons destruction procedures should be incorporated into national declarations.
