REFERENCES TO MUNITIONS IN THE VERIFICATION ANNEX,
PART IV (A), SECTION A, PARAGRAPHS 1 (c) (iii) AND 1(c) (iv)
The Conference
Recalling that the Commission, in its PC-IV/23, paragraph 6.3.1, approved the understanding that the references to munitions in the Verification Annex, Part IV (A), Section A, paragraphs 1 (c) (iii) and 1 (c) (iv) apply to both filled and unfilled munitions,
Bearing in mind that the Commission recommended in paragraph 49.1.9 of its Final Report that the Conference adopt the above mentioned understanding,
Hereby:
1. Adopts the understanding that the references to munitions in the Verification Annex, Part IV (A), Section A, paragraphs 1 (c) (iii) and 1 (c) (iv) apply to both filled and unfilled munitions.
