The African Group has 49 Members. One further Signatory State of this region has not yet deposited its instrument of ratification.

The Group designates nine members of the Executive Council. From 12 May 2007– 11 May 2008, the following are the Member States of the African Group to the Executive Council: Algeria, Cameroon, Ghana, Kenya, Lesotho, Morocco, South Africa, Sudan, Tunisia. More details
