The Technical Secretariat provides information, free of charge, on the hazardous properties of chemicals, as well as on possible substitutes for hazardous materials, and on suppliers of specific chemicals and chemical technologies and other related information. Any institution or organisation in a Member State of the OPCW is eligible to request such information.
