Participation By Industry and Non-Governmental Organisations Sixteenth Session of the Conference of the States Parties

28 November - 2 December 2011, The Hague, the Netherlands

The Sixteenth Session of the Conference of the States Parties (CSP-16) will convene at the World Forum Convention Centre in The Hague, the Netherlands, from 28 November to 2 December 2011.

Industry representatives and associations and non-governmental organisations (NGOs) that wish to attend the Conference should apply by 27 October 2011. Subject to a decision by the Conference, they will be invited to attend plenary meetings. This year there will be a strict observance of the deadline for submission and applications received after 27 October 2011 will not be considered under any circumstances.

Applications must include a description of the non-governmental organisation’s activities that are relevant to the purpose of the Chemical Weapons Convention, and information on its sources of funding. All fields must be filled.
