The restaurant, located on the first floor, is open to delegates throughout the Conference between 11:30 and 15:00. Snacks and beverages are available on the ground floor Delegates’ Lounge coffee bar from 08:30 to 21:00, when Conference meetings are in session in the headquarters building.

The regular hours of the Delegates' Lounge coffee bar are from 08:15 to 18:00. The OPCW tax- and duty-free store is open to all members of delegations from 11:00 to 18:30. Delegates will be required to present their Conference badges when making tax- and duty-free purchases.
