The Conference of the States Parties to the Chemical Weapons Convention will hold its Seventeenth Session (CSP-17) from Monday, 26 to Friday, 30 November 2012 at the World Forum Convention Center (WFCC) at Churchillplein 10, The Hague, the Netherlands, next to the Headquarters of the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW). Additional meetings and functions may be held at the OPCW Headquarters.

The CSP-17 will open on Monday, 26 November 2012 at 10:30 hours in the World Forum Theatre at the WFCC. Participants are requested to be seated in the World Forum Theatre by 10:15 hours.

Invitations to the CSP-17 were sent to States Parties and other entities, in September 2012, together with the provisional agenda and the registration forms.

Checklist for States

1. Register each participant separately by using the registration form received by mail;
2. States Parties: Submit credentials to the Technical Secretariat of the OPCW; and
3. Signatory and Observer States: Submit a notification/application to the Secretariat with the names of participants.
